Remove the old strap.

Remove the web stop that is taped to the new strap.  Pull the strap out of the male end of the clip.  Do not unclip the alligator clip as you want to be sure after you thread the strap that it doesn’t loosen off when holding your bag on the cart.

Thread new strap through the Bag Stay and then through the male end of the clip.

Install the web stop by pushing the male end through the strap and fitting the female end on the underside of the strap.  Gently but firmly tap the male end with a hammer to permanently attach the web stop.  This is best done on concrete (ie garage or basement floor).
